Chapter 5

One week later.

She was right under my feet. My best friend. I didn't think this day would come. There she was, lying peacfully under my feet. Oh, I thought, Emma I will never forget you. Her grave was right by the coop. I'm sure her beautiful spirit will always be with me. I'm kinda glad she is in a better place now. I just have to stay positive. I love you Emz.

"Hey Ethel!" I said now. I found her by one of the ponds catching some bugs.
"Hey! How you taking this... situation?" She said back.
"Well I-I can get through it, after all I have my best friends still beside me." I smiled.
She smiled back and we spent the rest of that day catching bugs, sharing stories, laughing, and just having a great time. The sun was going down and something strange happened. I was over in the sand when Ally came up to me.
"Hey there Hannah. Sorry about... you know-"
"Ally, it's alright. I'm fine. Thanks for worrying though," I smiled to her.
We both walked back to the coop to roost. Pepper finally gave up her spot in the hen house to stay outside in the coop with me. She was a really great friend. When I finally went to sleep, I was smiling.

This story is based off Angel. Angel is playing Hannah. Emma is playing Emma. Emma didn't really get attacked. She is just missing. For about a month she has and we think something got her.
