"Awww you guys are too cute!" Then Ginger looks over to Cludy, "Cloudy they are beautiful little chicks!"

"Sorry, Scruffy, I couldn't hear you! I will make a public announcement now. Let me go tell Onyx. Ginger, you and Matt take your chicks and go in your house. You need to be safe for now." Cloudy said. She walked over to Nyx.

"Nyx, there is a mink coming, that's hungry for chicks!"

"Ok, Clouds. It'll be ok." the he turned to the public.

"EVERYONE! DANGER! There is a mink heading this way! You all need to hide in your homes until we tell you the coast is clear. OK?" Nyx announced.

"Come on Ginger! Get all the chicks inside!" Matt exclaimed.
All the chicks and Matt and Ginger rushed into their house and locked it.

Cloudy ran into their tree home, while Onyx stood guard outside until he saw that all of the chickens went inside.
