The trails led in all different directions, crossing each other occasionally. Suddenly, the trail stopped cold.

The trailed seemed to vanish into thin air.

Meanwhile, the two figures dropped silently into the room where Adrianna was being held, keeping in the dark corners to avoid being seen.

(Adrianna's room is in the castle, not underground) The viperwolves suddenly saw a shadow move, so they lunged forward.

(They aren't underground, they are in the castle walls which are cracking because of the dragon)
