Cabincrazyone.. that is exactly what "possibly He" acts like.. a RAPTOR.. maybe that will be his new name..lol I was shocked at this little miniature menace chasing down chicks twice its size.. Jurassic Park 15..here we come
Gritsar.. I appreciate your insight.. being relatively new to chickens - just getting first flock on May.. and BRAND NEW to chicks.. I look to learn from those with much more experience than I.. do you mind if I send you updated pics for your opinion?
Kathie .. None of the chicks have developed much of a comb or waddle at all..I take new pictures weekly so will send you the updates.. they have the sweetest dispositions
Funny thing is.. inside the brooder "he" acts just fine.. is a little more skittish than some of the rest.. but no agressive behavior.. Can not imagine what "he" will do with the acre plus yard they free range in once everyone moves outside.
