They are really cute, but we have made an agreement at my house of no more pets at least for a while, unless they are somehow dual purpose. We have at this point 2 cats, 3 dogs, 4 parrots, and my chickens (25 at the moment).
 
Yep I should have done that sooner. We have 5 dogs, 6 pigs, 15 or so guineas, 5 peacocks, and maybe 150 chickens if you count all the chicks! I need to get busy selling some piggies and chicks!
 
Anyone ever put their eggs in egg cartons at lockdown to hatch in? im debating doing this and have read good and bad on it. I have them on a turner now but usually jus lay them in the bator during lockdown. Hope someone can fill me in on this a little.

Only way I hatch is in cartons. The one thing you have to do is Chechen for upsidedown pips. I do that just about daily. I have great hatches with this method and will not go back. The plastic egg tray I have I am cutting them with a Dremel tool and they have some holes in them already so that will help some with upsidedown pips. They can breath till I can find them.
 
So i jus candle and see which one have air cells at the bottom? Wuld styrooam or paper egg cartons work? As long as i cut part of the bottom outta thm?
