I have some 7 week old chicks. Whn can I move thm in wth my grown chickens? One hen and one roo who is starting to crow.

Much of this depends on your breed and how you feed. I feed bsf to my production layers and that is way too much calcium for prelaying chicks. Plus my production layers would pick on the younger ones until they are old enough to hold their own. So I don't add them until they ate close to pol.
However, my two breeds of purebred are so sweet and easy going that is easier for me to just continue adding them to the larger flock as they reach 8 or 10 weeks old. I provide calcium separately for those because of that and having cocks with them. They willingly accept the youngsters because of their laid back nature and they have plenty to occupy them. The older cocks take care of them all, along with the Maremma.

Looks like I will have a busy day selling chickens. I have one person that wants 10, another that wants 4 and may can meet up with the other one that wants 4 more.

I have several ads on CL if you know of anyone needing some pullets. I am selling ALL my Eng Orpingtons in Trios and Quads or just some pullets/hens if needed. I also have a good chunk of Choc Eng Orps pullets too. I am just over run with birds right now. I still have a few more that need to go but I have so many I have to take it in small bites. LOL.

Got to make room for ALL the new babies.

I have black austrolorp hens tht r laying and the two i was wanting to move n thr wth thm are buff orps. Wht if i put my 3 week old chicks n thr wth thm instead of moving the older ones n wth my laying hens? Would tht b better?

Usually a 3-4 week age difference is too much. The older chicks will pick on the little ones and could kill them. That is the same reason you don't want to add them to the grown birds too young.

Again, it depends on the breed. My HRIR are so docile and sweet that right now I have adults and 6 different hatches all together. The hatches range from Feb to to 7 weeks ago. There are about 100 of them and I haven't lost one chick. I wouldn't dare do that with the production birds I have though.
