Dear Santa,
I have been very good this year..better than ever Santa so I made a list...some things are real small and could fit in my stocking just fine..I know how hard those reindeer work
1-digital thermometer/hydro meter
2-incubator..you know one of those Brinsea one's Santa they are real nice
3-the cabinet Brinsea for when I'm a little naughty and want to hatch lots of eggs
4-scales to weigh my eggs
5-Some real nice hatching eggs..just be careful coming down the chimney with them to put in those incubators
6-lumber to make a new coop
7-some elves to use the lumber to make the coop
Santa,I know I will think of more so just in case I need to send another list I will keep a copy of this one..so you don't forget

Just a thought, the lumber thing... we got free pallets from a local printing company so there where no chemicals on them and made my coop/hen houses out of them. We also found a local sheet metal shop near the printer that had 8 ft pallets. They are great for lumber. You can tear them apart and use all that free wood! We are going to build a cabin in the back 40 (literally) to go camping. We have a 4000 sq ft barn 1/2 full of pallets! some are made with brand new 2x6's about 3 long with plastic to protect them.

They do work good on smaller coops and bridging.Our next building is going to be the same as the chick house but for the rabbits as soon as we store up to frame one in...all of my wood is free-hazards of our business free lumber

I only buy the insulation and inside sheeting.But if Santa wanted to bring me some that didn't need nails pulled I wouldn't say no

heck the elves to pull nails would also work.But I have almost nothing in a 8x16 insulated chick house and another going up as soon as I collect enough studs to get it framed in...and a few weekends with a dear husband willing to build it

Okla-that's why the bators and eggs were at the top of the list and the coop was at the bottom

Jenski-I have been good I got down to less than 100 birds then I got board

I'm placing a Meyers order soon for next week shipping..waiting on a few to finalize what they want.

Sad news on kitten update...3 just quit eating yesterday and even kitten formula wouldn't go down without a fight..lost all 3 this morning.So,now we have that adorable little gray girls and a cute gray boy.
Got to go get pics of the baby bunnies...all opened their eyes yesterday so now they look like bunnies

Poor kitties.

You realize that you might as well take more kitten pictures for me. I will only get whiny about it if bunny pics show up and I get no more of that sweet little girl.

She's one of the two still doing great..Have no idea what happened to the others...like they just quit on us. I will be getting new pics of these sweeties soon...along with the bunnies-all head ears and feet

We will be having 2 litters of mini rex bunnies in about a month-those are the one's that feel like velvet.Come on we know you want some

Holly- where is meyers? I still don't have my Easter Eggers, but am so scared to try mail order after getting a box full of dead chicks last week.
