You can take the roos since you are moving in just down the road and need to fill it up!

No way. I don't eat them and I just set all those eggs. Well I had them set.

Lori I said my incubators were going off I just took my last few into lockdown. And it was not that I did not want to incubate but I wanted to continue breating. The last time my hubby come in he had to fly into Ohio because Jacks shipping crate would not fit on the plane to Nashville. Needless to say I had eggs that needed to be put into lockdown the same day he was coming in. So I could not go pick him up in Ohio for 3 days, and considering he is not home often he was not happy when I had to put off picking him up till after my hatch was done. YEAH! He was mad to say the least. Not going to risk that again. Thing is I came home to 6 more eggs! And my friends are running out of space in their bators. I have already traded some for my cockerel maybe I can try trading some for a pullet.

Once again I think I can count all of my Chickens
57 eggs is a great start..that's way more than I have in mine right now..you will have way more chicks than I do running around soon..and eating

Now I'm being very good I only have one bator on and one to hatch and the one on isn't even full...yet.I only kept 3 wyandotte hens,3 mottled cochins and most of my MF have been broody so not many in that pen. It's keeping the hatching numbers under control. Now come Spring I will have bators going full time...my Partridge Wyandotte and Lav Orps should be in full swing of it all.
Now I AM getting out of here for a few days soon...I am I am I am.Sure would be nice if we hadn't got a bad check to the tune of more than a grand now that sure can cause problems in the finances real fast. Outer Banks is going to get hit this weekend which will cause major damage and the campground will be closed for flooding so off to Gulf Shores AL..not nearly the same but right now better than nothing

Yes..Yes I will have it restocked well by Spring but I also have to remember 4 hours a week at the gym..I'm heading there soon again then 2 kiddo's needing help with school work for several hours a day.We are also going to Savannah in the Spring for sure this time so lots of fundraisers to get done...if any one needs to renew a magazine let me know Meg would love to do it for you..and it can be done online after the 5th...so easy so I'm not going to have a lot of time to take care of all of those chicks.Cookies begin at Christmas and end in March..I must keep that in mind every time I hatch chicks.
Then of coarse I need to keep some space for the bunnies
