We are off on Thursday to Alabama to visit with the whole extended family.

Countrypunk- I'm so sorry about your roo. It seems it's always our favorites that go.

Everyone has been really quiet on here lately. I'm guessing we are all just super busy. Is anyone interested in one last meetup for the year? What is December looking like for everyone?

I have a flock of white black face spanish bantams I have decided to sell if anyone is interested. They are 2 roosters and three hens. I would be willing to trade for a couple of White Black Tail Japenese pullets or I would sell for $40.00 I am in sparta.

I also have several Showgirl rooster I don't need $10.00 each if anyone is interested.

Just please pm me if you are interested.

Thanks.

Hello!

I'm new to the BackYardChickens and chicken showing. I went to the Crossroads show in Indianapolis, IN for my first show and had a blast. Everyone at the American Silkie Bantam Association was super friendly and helpful.

I have silkies and am eager to learn all I can about breeding and showing them!

I'm in the Murfreesboro, TN area and have met wonderful people here! A special thanks to Tisha Morehouse from Simply Splendid Silkies and Jack Ferguson from Ferguson Chicken Farm. Tisha and Jack have helped me out greatly in the following weeks since my first show. They are AWESOME!!!

Thanks for reading,
Tess

I have no idea. He was just in a corner in the coop, he has been healthy as a horse since I bought him months ago.
I miss him terribly. And now looking for a rooster for the hens.
