Can anyone tell me the sex of these 2 Silkies....I'm hoping the one with the feathers on top of her head....Hattie....isn't going to turn out to be a Henry.

Silkies are incredibly hard to sex. I just found out one was a roo untill I saw it mount a hen.. they mature slowly to. Because he was a good 9-10 months old before his first crow.

Yes, I thought over the pros and cons, Some on here will think it rediculous, well this isnt to impress, this is for me, to show my love and passion for these wonderful animals. Some say that I will regret this when I am older, well when I am old and wrinkly, who will care? I will just be an old crazy chicken farmer.:o)
