I have a friend of a friend that is looking for some Copper Maran (hens or pullets) and some Silkie (hens or pullets) she can't have roos...they don't have to be show quality or anything.... Lebanon/Murfreesboro area.....or close by...pm me if you have any extras for sale or know someone that does....Thanks again, Kandi

How old.....can you post pics?

None of my hens are older than 2 and almost all are 1 or younger some just coming into lay. I have Black Copper Marans,Blue Copper Marans,Golden Cuckoo Marans and Splash Marans in Large Fowl
I have mixed Bantams most all are just coming into lay.
I have a few pictures on my computer but need to know which you would like to see. May need to take others tonight.

My sweetest hen was murdered today after she laid her beautiful little egg right in the midle of the day. My poor Bella a few days ago..

I have a couple of "Oops" silkies that came out of a VERY determined broody in my banty pen. They are no where near show quality, but should be great little birds anyway. I have no idea gender at this point since they are still pretty small. You can have your friend contact me if she is interested. I won't charge much for the pair since I just want them to go to a good home.

She was dewinged and beheaded and left there i guess cause my hubby came out (to check my broody hen that hatched 3 babies this morning) scared it off this isnt the first time i lost a RIR rooster to the same killer but now this means war i have already warned the owner of the dog. I live on 5 acres with an 20,000 volt fence around 1 acre for my chickens. They live across the street and i only have problems with their dog. Plus they stole one of my dogs off my property and shot her last week.

I feel yah chickenlover... My dad will not let us get rid of a bordercollie who keeps killing chickens... How messed up is that?
