There is a guy that sell SEXED eggs.... kinda the same thing. If that was true no one would have roos. I have a pullet and ALL her eggs are long eggs, I don't think she can only produce roos.... just not possible.

a little trick that i have learned about hatching eggs is if the egg is really pointed 95% of the time it will hatch a roo   i learned this from an old timer that family has been raising chickens for many generations and from my own hatching experience to test this theory  

I have a Silkie that only hatches pointed eggs... I don't think she can only be laying Roos. However in 5 months maybe I can validate that theory as her babies are impossible to sex!

Every time I see the Jubilees I want them and then I look at the price. They are gorgeous though.

Look helped himself inside the house and to the dog food bowl lol!! He eats more food than any roo i have he is a lil piggy!!!

Well I started out with 12 hens and now down to 6. I have 1 hen that has been chosen to carry on this flock of Marans, talk about culling down. She has consistently been dropping these bombs and color has yet to fade. Sitting in the coop at 5:30 in the morning trying to figure out who it is was not an option. I have them all penned up tonight separately so I can see who is responsible for this egg then it is time for a leg band. Not to bad for Cuckoo Marans late in the cycle as you can see the others have faded.
