Bummer... Another response comes in from my "live chat" message (I don't think they ever staff the live chat). Same name given for the customer service rep, different answer. Why am I not surprised? This time, "It may take a few hours for the system to update to show the tracking information. Our warehouse is open and shipping until 5:30PM EST". ***?!
I'm thinking of just canceling and buying elsewhere. My experience two years ago really was great but I smell the stench of impending bankruptcy and suppliers not filling their orders due to unpaid bills.
