The Middle Tennessee Thread

Welcome to BYC! Orpingtons are one of the best breeds for families. Brahmas, Barred rocks and Delewares are great as well. I dont have any of those available right now though. Hope you find some

Check on Facebooks Middle TN Chickens. There are several people with Orpingtons of various types for sale.

Any breeders out there have a couple of Silkie roos that are in need of a good home? I'm looking for a clean (minimal/no leakage) blue Silkie roo and Showgirl roo. I'd like them to be as close to the SOP as possible. I've been cruising Craigslist and golsn for about a year with no luck. Close would be nice, but I'm willing to drive for the right birds.

They'll have lots of lovely ladies to look after and a nice big coop and run!
