Does anyone know of a processing facility in mid TN or southern KY that will do small batches? Or an experienced individual who will come to your farm to process birds? Thanks!

I was wondering the same thing, Hamptons will do goats and larger animals but not birds. There was a guy on craigslist i seen last year offering $1 per bird in Clarksville but i didnt save the info and its not there anymore,if you find anyone close please pm me and let me know too and if i see that ad again, Ill do the same!
