My husband says he's been to a ghost town around there. He moved here from Tucson and I came from New Orleans, we think this is a pretty great place to be and so affordable!


We're currently in town in Madison, bc I work in Franklin and he works downtown, but we hope to buy a farm eventually when our value gets a little higher to sell.

Good luck with your farm, that sounds great having some land....
