I have some silkies that I am offering for sale. I have blue, black, splash and one lone white. They are from Mary Robbins and Vic Danna eggs. I will get some decent pictures and post them. I had rather someone from here take them. I have advertised them on CL but we all know how some of those people are. Let me know if anyone is interested. Of course they are about 6 weeks old so I can't tell boys from girls.

welcome all new comers gonna love this thread everyone always willing to help. Ok so a rant from me. A trooper died today and it was a stupid senseless reason. The pilots have to be escorted from the hotel to the base. For some reason they go 70 plus mph plus on the second escort they did not wait for us to clear the road first a car attempted to get out of the way and was rear ended by another civilian. Whom was rearended by trooper on a motorcycle and by a second trooper motorcycle. I won't go into the details of the injuries alone but one of them ended up dying for an escort. UGH a sad/aggravating day. Yet there is one more day. Hopefully it will be better


Sorry I and others were upset over this. Other than that the air show was quite spectacular

Awww... 1newegg, I am so sorry. It is always heartbreaking when an officer dies. Even more so when it is for a senseless reason.

That's a horrible tragedy about Trooper Wall. I went to school with him and he was the son of our former sheriff. Just awful.

Thank you all for the warm welcome. Getting very excited to get back into chickens! (I keep saying I'm doing this for my kids to experience it, but I seem to be the one most interested!)

My husband cleaned out the old coop and it's ready for painting and me to build the roosts and such. Won't be long now!!

Wish I'd known about this site before I bought my girls.....I love the one's I have, but there are definitely some issues I would not have had to deal with had I bought from a BYC'er!
