Afternoon, everyone!
Hope the week is going well for all our Mid-TN folks and guests.
CityGirl - - You won't move. I already decided!
I am always sending you light and every kind of good energy, sister! May your path always be even better than you hoped.
BTW . . . I'd take one of your young roos - - if Holly would board him, LOL!
I do prefer to have a roo in every pen. It would make me feel so much more secure. Ohhh for a country life!
OklaDD, glad you found a nice banty roo you like! Maybe next year we can trade some chicks, eh! My home-grown Ameraucana pullets just started laying, and the eggs are niiiiiice and blue. I should get some nice chicks in spring when the hens are older.
Holly - - hello! Hope you're doing well over there. Can't you do a rain dance or something???
I'm out there every other day with a hose trying to keep my baby apple trees alive.
SimplySplendid . . . lovely new house! Congratulations! And remember, no part of a property like that is "unusable." You can squeeze some adorable Nigerian dwarf goats onto any brushy, wooded, hilly area and they will be happy as can be. Then you can have fresh milk, home made cheese, yogurt . . . . and start a whole new obsession. Yeh!!!
