Hey, y'all! Would those of you that are praying people please add my dad to your list? He fell yesterday and broke his shoulder. Dad is 70 and not in great health to start with. He's in the hospital having bad back spasms that were brought on by the fall. Morphine isn't touching the pain and he feels pretty miserable. The orthopedist is coming today to figure out what to do with his shoulder. It's broken up in the socket and apparently a pretty spectabular break. They may have to do surgery and pin stuff back together in there.

Hopefully they can figure out how to make the pain go away soon. He may go home this afternoon. We still don't really know.
Sigh. I'm pretty okay with me getting old, but I really hate that my parents are getting old too. This stinks.

Dwight-- Just realized you are from the burg. Cool. I am too. Grew up there actually and just moved back a few years ago. Did you grow up there too?

Globe Road is the Rd right at the Interstate correct? I believe thats the rd i use to get over to the Lake when i go fishing.
