New baby turkey (3 days) won't stop crying at night! It's just the one, as soon as it's quiet off he goes. They have a mirror, stuffed baby, ticking click. Other than sleep with me I got nothing.... Anything else I can try!?

What are you using for heat? I'm brand new to chickens and discovered the Mama heating pad method on this forum https://www.backyardchickens.com/th...d-in-the-brooder-picture-heavy-update.956958/ With this method it is dark at night, and my chicks slept.

Do you have plans to get more turkeys?

Hi! Thanks! It's a heat lamp, so I can try switching. My second time with little turkeys, yes I want more! Just the mortality rate is so low when are when young is awful.
