I'm just mentally old I feel like. I mean I wake up at 7am without an alarm clock to watch the news, I stare outside the window wondering what I could do in the garden, and I play sudoku while watching jeopardy before going to bed at night

Nothing wrong with that. I get up at 6:30 to get to work. My best friends are my animals and my family. I also play sudoku.
