Has anyone ever done anything with paddle boarding? I’m supposed to go this weekend but have no idea how nor what it is.

It's awesome. I've done it a few times. We spent more time in the water instead of on the boards because everyone was trying to hijack eachother's boards.
Most of us weren't injured.

I paddle boarded when I was younger with a family friend, it's very fun. I would recommend paddling in a bay.
