Why do threads randomly stop?

I havent been on because i was in the hospital for a bad minegraine haha mine imma leave it that way and still cant focus very well im getting floaters thats making it hard to see plus had to get blood drawn for an allergist ontop of having to get a id for a job so ive been stressed to the max lol havent even mined in over a week as its one game that if i dont eat before playing makes me nauseased
