The Monster Inside ***An apocalyptic thriller RP***

Is this a good idea?

  • Yes, you should make some more of these types of thriller RPs!!!

  • Yeah, I guess it's kinda cool, but a little scary for my taste.

  • Nah, too freaky. *bundles in blanket to ward off bad guys*

  • Yes, I think it's a cool idea, but I would prefer if you made other types of RPs.

Zayne hesitated, looking between Jean and Kit. If she really was a monster, she would easily be able to catch up to him if they ran. Did he take that risk, or did he try to stay on her good side? Either option would probably end up in being eaten, it was only a matter of how soon.
Better to play it safe and wait until she’s distracted.
Zayne cautiously moved towards the sofa, helping Jean down. “We’ll leave soon, okay? As soon as I know Kit won’t follow us,” he said under his breath.
“So. . . I take it the monsters are. . . Gone?” Zayne asked, choosing his words carefully as he turned his attention to Kit.
"Wait, what's wrong with her?" Jean whispered, grateful to sit.

"Yeah, Razor and I killed it." Kit said, jaw clenched.

Wise decision, Katherine. Let him know about me...

“She’s a monster,” Zayne answered. He looked back at Kit and slowly nodded. That must be the monster, he thought, shooting Jean a worried look. She seemed to have control over it, but he wasn’t sure how long that was going to last.

Once Malachi parted ways with Aisling and Emily, he started making his way to the parking garages outside. They looked more like storage units than anything, but they were provided with the apartments. Being outside almost wanted Malachi to go back running outside, because he was more likely to be attacked by a monster out in the open. He could hear the sounds of helicopters, sirens, car horns, and just utter chaos from the siege of the monsters. He was careful with every movement he made, checking every corner and hiding where he could to safely make it to his garage. Malachi spotted some of the oddest monsters that wandered about outside. Some had multiple limbs, numerous eyes, claws, spikes, wings, tails, and long disgusting tongues. One never looked the same as another just to be brief. When he came close to the garages, he noticed a monster that just so happened to be lurking around his designated garage. Malachi cursed under his breath, not wanted to wait for the monster to go away on its own, he picked up a random tin can near his feet and tossed it in hoping the sound would lure the monster away. At the sound of the metal clatter, the monster howled and scurried off and out of sight. Malachi was quick to move, taking his chance to get into his garage. He tossed his backpack to the ground, got on his knees and pulled of the necklace that was around his neck. Looped around it were his keys. A smile of excitement spread across his face as he started to unlock the garage door, he was finally getting out of this place and hopefully somewhere that provided refuge and safety.

Poor human.

Malachi suddenly froze as a shadow was casted over him. A repulsive growl rose from the monster that stood behind the defenseless Malachi. He could feel the goosebumps rise on his skin, the hairs on his neck stood on end. He couldn’t make a single move, the monster had him right in its clutches.

How unfortunate.

Aisling and Emily walked quickly through the lobby, Emily using all her energy to drag the ax along with her. At the moment, she wished that she could be carrying the hard shoes.
Emily looked up at Aisling. "So, where are we going?" She asked, assuming the older girl knew.

Aisling smiled weakly. "Uh..." Her mind raced as she tried to think of something. But all she could think of was Blake. "You'll see." She said blankly, and kept walking

After a while, Aisling paused at a door leading outside.

"We're going outside?" Emily squeaked. She wasn't so sure if this was a good idea.

Aisling glanced back. "Do you have another idea?" She asked with a raised eyebrow.
