Actually, I started reading it a few days ago along with the thread about egg color genetics started by DarJones. I'm really interested in getting started in learning about genetics, the terminology and what each of the labels on the chromosomes mean. I'm looking for a book that will lay out the basics for me. Can you suggest any? Or a good place to get started in the basics? I'm mainly interested in egg color at this point now that I've figured out which breeds I want to work with.

Day 7 is nearly over..
As expected the Outlaws are riding hard and grouping up on their way to rendezvous somewhere in New Mexico as best as I can tell. I'll try to get there first or pick up their trail once I do.

The Lawmen in the meantime have already formed the ultimate posse and left Dodge City today.
Eagerly trying to catch up and pick them off before they reach their destination.

He was a famous Texas Ranger and fought in battles between Texans & Indians. He was a brutal fighter, so he best make it out of that darn egg.

I can't pass up a good Western! Is Wild Bill Hickock taken yet? I lived in Deadwood South Dakota for a spell, thats where Hickock was shot and killed while playing poker, at the tender age of 39.
