I don't want a summer like last summer. That was awful. But I also don't need ridiculous amounts of rain so that the grass grows and it is so wet I can't mow.

Last summer was a beast! All that 100+ heat in June was terrible.

It was bad. I mean, once I mowed and the grass just gave up and died it was okay. But I was miserable.

I think my summer wasn't too bad last year. I can't remember though. Birds seemed fine at least. Snakes were bad though
