No and it wasn't to blame anyone it's just that those kids who answer the phone can only listen and carefully comment. I had a idiot moment when I called them thinking that they would say,"oh yeah we heard of something like that before", or "well we're going to track your purchase to see which hatch that was from,and research".... it's not going to happen.

This is from last season. Mommy is inside with babies. Daddy loads up his crop and goes inside to either feed the babies or feeds momma and she serves the babies herself. It's a beautiful thing.
