Because I can't think of a single rat anywhere around here that has ever tested positive for any disease.

We just found a dead rat last week and Ben used a bag to pick it up with. I also used a bag on a freshly killed rabbit a few days before. Dogs killed both we think so it was fresh but still never would’ve touched it
