Aren't spitzhauben girls spangled?

Also love the laced one too,but those are something I'll probably never see with my own eyes here, let alone own 😭
Oh, yeah! I kinda forgot about literally anything nonstandard. There are no other standard spangled breeds tho.
How come on a laced feather, with some breeds you have 'silver laced', referring to the inside part of the feather, and with some breeds you have 'white laced red' or 'blue laced red' referring to the outside part of the feather?
Because people stubbornly keep with old ways rather than deciding on one term. It feels like a new term was invented in every separate instance that the same color was “discovered.” By “discovered” I mean that the color popped up in their birds or was actively selected for, even though it already existed in other places.
Light and Columbian
Lavender and “self-blue”
Duckwing, light brown, partridge, black breasted red, wild type, wheaten (of which many are actually all different but used often interchangeably) The only acceptable term for a light brown Leghorn imo is duckwing, gold duckwing, or wild type. And BBRed should be blasted from the face of the earth just like self blue. The only acceptable term is red duckwing or red wheaten. (Or red partridge because “bbred” technically applies there too.

Spitzhauben are a standard sized breed
You are correct. My mistake. I forgot to capitalize “Standard.” Spitzhaubens are definitely a worthy example of spangling. ‘Tis a shame they are so far and few between in the Americas. Hamburgs may seem pretty rare but at least there is some devotion in the show circuit.
