Yes, as long as one or both parents were blue (or one was splash). Though I would expect a bit less leakage, that doesn’t mean it couldn’t happen.

I'll tease you.
There's 4 different varieties here.
One (two chicks) is a leghorn cross project I'm working on.
Another one is standard brown leghorns.
The other two are....well something I've never mentioned.
