Yeah I didn’t really get that. A couple of the pages said losing this one particular group of birds or the other was the “final straw” for getting all new coops and runs or whatever and I was thinking in my head like... “why wouldn’t you, a hatchery, and one with supposedly some extremely rare birds, not have had good predator proofing from the beginning ???” It makes no sense. I try to not to judge though and what happened was horrible but how do raccoons AND mink get in and slaughter sooooo many birds? I could maybe see mink cause they can fit through really small holes that might not even be noticeable but raccoons are massive. I thought that was weird. And how they called EEs Ams. But they do seem like they’re trying and I’m sure they’re nice enough so I don’t wanna be too judgmental but just sucks so many birds had to be slaughtered before they thought “Hey. Wait. Maybe I Should predator proof...”
