Interesting.
Yep California is always an issue.
Their cost of living is so much higher then out here but their wages are much higher then here also.
I can never afford west coast prices.

I've had the idea for quite a while but never came across one big enough to make it worth while.
This one isn't ideal but the price was. I'll need to tear it completely down and put a ton of work into making it anything close to what's in my head so it won't be happening anytime soon.
