@ColtHandorf some of my muscovies are apparently still laying I just found one broody trying to cover 52 eggs.

Goodness! Two of mine went broody last year but they only had 12 or 13 eggs between them. Then they took their kids to the pool and let them drown. So not the best moms. lol

That's weird. I think all mine went broody at least twice last year.
They usually have anywhere from 12 or 13 eggs to up to 20 or so and mine are really good moms.
I've had them lose stragglers when they have a big brood though.

I don't know the logic but my eggs went from here to Denver first. According to tracking they sat in one facility there for 26 hours.
maybe they had to find a pony to brave going over the mountain top.
