The Moonshiner's Leghorns

I let my Moony leghorns free range for the first time today! One of the cockerels followed my naked neck cockerel around all day and they were humping each other :) Oh and when I went to put them all back in the coop 3 of them were like 15 feet up sleeping in a tree, that was fun

I'm happy for you. 😇

🤨 which one?

How did you get them down?
Threw the others at them and knocked them out of the tree?
The blue one 😭

I had to get a ladder lol. I found 8 and got them all in the coop and had no idea where the others were, and then I started walking inside and heard them in the tree above me

My moony babies are still being babied by mama hen. Talk about being a helicopter parent. The fast developed male was sparring with an older cockerel and mama hen got in the middle and chased off the other male
Well they're Moony babies. Extended supervision isn't a bad thing.
I myself was cut loose pretty early and I turned out quite excellent but...
Ok nevermind this isn't going the direction I was thinking it would.

I’m so glad I joined this forum so I could learn this sort of thing. I probably would have thrown eggs rather than entire chickens. I learned something today. Thank you
You can learn a lot from just me.
I've been playing Angry Birds since way before it came out as a game.
