More for me then! I like white meat in pot pie but the little “oysters” on the back of the chicken are the best part of the bird. I save those for myself teehee
Miniature Rocky Mountain oysters? lol. That's a hard pass. They are good catfish bait though. 😆

I am put off by the color of dark meat also. And the older the bird, the longer it lives and moves to exercise the muscles, the darker the dark meat gets. We butchered an 18-month-old tom turkey for thanksgiving and his dark meat was DARK! The dogs had a good thanksgiving. lol
