The Moonshiner's Leghorns

We don't eat those items in isolation, we eat them togther. Take a taco, for example. You've got beans and corn (tortilla). When you combine legume and grain you get all the essential amino acids. Same with whole grain bread and peaut butter. Rice and beans etc.

Yes, I know about the essential amino acid combination.
That's why I said meat is more efficient. You get all of that in one. I personally cannot eat enough rice and beans to get what I need from them but I can eat one serving of meat with some rice, veggies, and maybe some beans since I am trying to eat more fiber. (I just get full easily, but I am an athlete so I know I need to fuel myself.)
Of course there are options available to vegetarians, one must just manage their diet differently.

The last two eggs didn’t hatch. I candled them twice and not only did nothing move they looked…off. So I tossed them and cleaned the incubator. I got one game cross and one pure Leghorn who I presume is a brown Leghorn because I have the hen but I collected the egg right after I got her so I don’t know anything about the rooster. Here it is in the center. Ignore the Welsummer. I didn’t hatch that so it is huge by comparison.
