The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop- A Role Play

Annies eyebrows shot up in surprise. Normally people got to know her better before they started calling her nicknames. She couldn't help but snort out a laugh. She put her hand in her hair and scrubbed at the goose egg. "I'll be fine. I've got a pretty thick skull. My name's Annie by the way. But you can call me Tinkerbell if you want to most people do."
Take smirked and snorted at her reply, “Nice attitude Tinkerbell, I’m Take” (also, it’s pronounced TAH-Kay if anyone wanted to know XD)
Cameron dropped her flowers that she was clutching rather stupidly and turned her eyes to the little man at the edge of the room. He was backed by a huge, rearing brown cat.

Kyle face-palmed. Whoever that cool young woman was, she sure had a healthy dose of sarcasm. “This is about to sound really stupid but... you are about to save the world from a plague of gigantic bugs.” The dubious faces were all he expected and also all that he dreaded. Haha Kyle very funny, giant bugs? Well they’re a little bit more of a big deal for me you know. “An ancient evil...” he trailed off. That just made it worse. “Hey, it’s not every day a strange talisman transports you instantly to a little coffee shop in Missouri!” he said.
Come on Laurel save me now...
Take turned his attention away from Annie and realized what Kyle had said. He scowled, “Hahh?? Gigantic bugs..?” He said in disbelief.

“Ellie! Can you come here please?” Her mother shouted. Ellie sighed slipping on her slippers and jogging down the stairs. “Ellie!” Her Mum’s Sharp voice cut through her hazy thoughts. “Coming” she yawned. “Put on your shoes and go get the newspaper” her mum barked. Her 5 year old sister grinned “Yeah Ellie put on your shoes”. Ellie rolled her eyes. Slipping on her boots she ran outside. She found the blue rock “ooooh” ( I gtg exams )
Reaching down she scooped up the stone. Suddenly she landed with a thud in the room. “What the....”

Kipp peeked out of his corner at the chicken. What kind of coffee shop is this? There isn't even anyone to hand out coffee, and now a random chicken pirate girl? And giant bugs, I'm no 'chosen one'. This is all too crazy to be real, besides I live in California not Missouri. He shook his head refusing to believe any of this was real.

Name: Kurtis O'Brien
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Physical description and abilities: Average build, red hair, grey eyes. Scar on his chin and under his eye. Wears flannel shirts frequently.
He's normal, nothing special, except he has a fear of mythological-type creatures. He ain't racist, just a fluke.
Personality: A stickler for the rules, doesn't like taking chances. Can be greedy sometimes, extremely generous at others. (Kinda bipolar) UnHiNgEd. Otherwise a really great person all around.
Reason the person was chosen (or happened upon a stone): Kurtis was sitting in his favorite climbing tree watching birds and sketching. A glimmering caught his eye in a nearby bird's nest. He was chosen for his ability to be very tactical and a meticulous planner.

(I TOLD YOU I'D MAKE IT TONIGHT)

Brid’s head was spinning from the tiny man’s speech and the many confusing people who kept appearing, and she was slowly beginning to grow frustrated. Finally she couldn’t stand it anymore. “Everyone be quiet for a second!” She burst out, striding closer to the little guy. “You! You’re trying to say that this group-” She gestured at the motley crew gathered “-is comprised of the ‘chosen ones,’ and we’re all now stuck in Missouri to fight an army of enormous BUGS?!” She took a deep breath to calm her racing heart and continued. “And magical super-old stones teleported us here?” She held up the stone in her hand and shook it in bewilderment. “Are you sure you didn’t just kidnap us? I’d love to go on a magical adventure but this is the weirdest one I’ve ever heard of and I’m 99% sure that magical adventures don’t start in random coffee shops in Missouri.” Breathing quickly, she became suddenly aware of the silence in the room and quieted when she realized what a scene she was making, feeling her cheeks burn red in embarrassment. “Sorry. I just-Forget it.” Backing off a bit, she stared into the floor and wondered what had got into herself. “Sorry about that.” She mumbled quietly.

"Also, why Missouri? Why couldn't people come to my house? I mean I live in Hawaii, so it's a lot nicer." Aria asked, an odd look on her face.

“Why would you want strangers at your house?” Clary asked. She never understood the people that always invited people they didn’t know well into their houses. To her it seemed weird. “Besides, we couldn’t go to your house, we don’t know where you live.”

What makes him think we’ll even agree to go on this journey-adventure thing anyway? Half of us are still in our pajamas! She wondered, vowing to stay quiet for now.

“Where am I?” She glared menacingly burning a hole in the wall. “What do you want with me?” Her eyes flashed “soz I guess introductions are in order, I’m Ellie”

After having awoken to the blaring screech of her alarm clock, Blair dressed as quickly as possible, and headed downstairs, two steps at a time. "Morning, Mom," she greeted as she passed her mother, snatching a piece of toast from the table on her way by.
"Good morning, Blair." He mother smiled, and when Blair was about to speak again, a ginger and white dog came sliding through the dog-door, barking at her owner.
"Hello, Kit!" Blair grinned, beckoning her dog to follow her, and tossing open the cabinet, and carelessly grabbing a bag of dog food to pour it in the dog bowl atop the counter.
A sudden clunk caught her attention, and she swallowed the rest of her toast quickly. A stone was sitting in Kit's food, a blue gem, just sitting there and glowing. "What the-!?" She cursed softly under her breath, lifting the stone.
And she fell.
She felt like she was spinning and falling and then she landed with a sharp thud, a yelp echoing beside her. She fell to her knees, clutching the stone. She threw her head back, glancing around her. Instead of her normal, light colored countertop and large open windows of her kitchen, she was in a café.
Or something of that sort.
Surrounded by people.
Including a tiny, tiny little man with a cat.
She scrabbled to her feet, realizing Kit was beside her, blinking. She grabbed the dogs collar with one hand, glancing around, eyes narrowed. "Alright," she growled. "Someone kindly explain where I am and why I am here and how the heck I got here?"

Fox skipped down the stairs, backpack thrown over his shoulder. "I'm going to school, Dad, alright? See you soon."
Per usual, his father, sitting in an armchair in the living room, only replied with a half-hearted grunt. Fox lowered his head, sighing, before heading out the door. Stepping out onto the steps, closing the door, he headed down them quickly, and promptly tripped, just missing smashing his face into the concrete path way. He stood, dusting his clothes, shaking the ache from his arm. Then a blue stone, glowering below his feet, caught his eye.
Bending, he snatched it up, staring at it, only to realize he felt like he was falling again, and then landed neatly. Almost instantly, crashing waves of anxiety and confusion and anger flowed over him, and only then did he realize he was in a small coffee shop, surrounded by many people. "W-what the-?"
