Annie shuddered at the mention of spiders. She'd only gotten stuck in a web once, but it was more than enough to make her never want to see one ever again. A spider 1/6th her size could do way worse than just tangle her up and have her trapped for hours.

"Stopping them before they get here sounds like a great plan!" She said enthusiastically.
“I totally agree with you!” Kyle called from his tray. “Hello... girl from Scotland,” he pointed at Lavender. “What type of tea do you prefer? We have matcha, roast green tea, chamomile, mint, pumpkin spice...” he made a face. He did not share Cams opinion of pumpkin spice flavored things.
"Okay, wait." Colby flinched at his own words. He didn't know where this surge of daring was coming from, but he went with it anyway and continued in a tinny voice that somehow resonated across the cafe. "Sorry to interrupt, Mr. Laurel, sir, but what about our lives back home?" It was hard not to notice the increasing amount of eyes traveling to him now and he considered sinking beneath the table again. "Are we, by any chance, on, like, an alternate timeline so that no one will notice we're gone while we're here or..." Colby's mouth dried up along with his dwindling nerve. This was stupid, why did I say anything, time is unstoppable and unchangeable, teleportation isn't a thing, bugs should be harmless specks and some are endangered, not endangering, his anxious mind rambled. "...just, because this is all so...I thought..."

Brid nodded in greeting, studying the tawny-haired newcomer for a moment as he spoke before looking back at Will Laurel. Those are still seven inch bugs, She thought, frustrated. And there are a lot of them. She piped up. “Colby has a point. We can’t just disappear, ‘cause if we do we’ll be reported missing, Amber alerts will be going off, the police will be searching, someone will recognize us eventually, and you’ll probably be charged with kidnapping because no member of law enforcement is going to believe that magical stones transported us to a ‘mother amulet.’”

"You could possibly go to jail for doing this, that's the bottom line. For essentially kidnapping kids from all over the country." Fox dropped his gaze, unable to meet the man's gaze any longer. "So? Are we, by any bizarre chance, in a 'alternate timeline' were no one will notice us missing, or are there going to be frantic parents all over the place?"
“I’m afraid you are not on a different timeline... but again, if someone kidnapped some proper adults...” Laurel paused to shoot a blistering stare in Kyle’s direction. “The world wouldn’t be nearly so worried. Honestly though, I’m surprised you care about me at all. I should feel touched.
You needn’t worry, however. I know how to evade those types of things.”
His expression was stark as ever without his eyes to betray him. If a creature lacked eyes, you felt little pity for a him, couldn’t connect with it or plan it’s next move. That was why concealing them worked so well.

Blair, arms and legs crossed, glowering at the group of children chattering about going home to there families. She suppressed a snort. Mom probably thinks it's some sort of Werewolf sorcery that I did, or something crap.
Though she noticed one person, sitting alone in the table not far from her. It wasn't his vibrant pink hair or three eyes that threw her off, no, that she didn't care about, it was the burning emotion in said three eyes.
She glanced at Kit beside her, the dogs eyes trained on the food at the counter. "Stay," she growled, knowing the dog would most likely try to take it. But her gaze drifted back to the guy in the table.
And she stood.
She wasn't sure what drove her to socialize with someone she didn't know, but what was the fun in not meeting knew people?
"They're worrying too much," she sighed, flourishing her hand towards the group of the kids fretting over getting home. "I'm Blair, by the way. Mind if I sit here? Seems like you could use the company."
Take felt burning in his three eyes, but quickly shook his head, squinting and clenching his teeth.
He heard a girls voice speak to him, then asking if she could sit.
He looked up and relaxed himself, his body temperature slowly went back down.
“Names Take. Go ahead” he said straightforwardly, trying not to choke up on his words.

"Thanks." Blair shot him a smile, tossing her hair from her face as she sat across from him. For a moment she was silent, thinking of her choice of words.
Though, she was never one to dwell on deciding what to say for to long. "What do you think about this...situation? Seems kind of weird, don't you think? Giant bugs, mother amulet...'chosen ones.' Don't quite know how much I should trust a guy who pretty much kidnapped me."

(I’m not quoting things)
Clary was just about to reply to Lavender when people started talking about kidnapping. “I agree with the others. I don’t want to sound stuck-up or cliche, but my dad is a cop. If I suddenly go missing he’s going to have every officer in my city looking for me, and they won’t stop until I’m found,” She said, staring at Will. “So you need to let us go home and tell people what’s going on and get ready, or you’re going to be very unhappy with what is eventually going to happen.”
Lavender looked over at the people Clary was talking to, then pinned back her ears and tucked her tail between her legs sadly. "My family probably wont even care that Im gone..." She then perked up at the man Clary was getting angry at and ran over to his defense. "Y-you dont know that he really intended to kidnap us! It was the gems was it not? It might not be his intention to keep us for a long time! You dont know what he went through to get us here, so give him a chance!" She then looked at everyone else and shrunk, shaking with fear, she looked back at Will with nervous but kind eyes and stepped away softly.

Lavender then looked over at the man who had called her out, she walked over timidly and thought for a moment. "I-I'll have the chamomile, please." She had really wanted the pumpkin spice but she thought that the chamomile would calm her nerves and hopefully her vibrating body. She smiled shyly at him, her ears still pinned flat against her skull and her tail tightly between her legs.

(I love how "real world" everyone is being about being kidnapped. :gig
I'm gonna have to make my own character spreadsheet, I can't keep track of everyone. :3 I Think Annie met Ellie earlier.)

Annie waved at Ellie, she was pretty sure she had met the girl, but so far this morning everything had been so upside down and crazy she really wasn't sure.
Ellie felt her knees weaken finally someone she recognised

Take stared at her curiously as she talked, she gave off a scent that was, different. He was too distracted to listen to what she was saying, but he guessed she was talking about all these things going on.
He leaned back in his chair, arms folded behind his head.
“Eh, I feel like it could’ve been worse. I was honestly surprised and confused at first.. but I guess I’ll roll with about anything now.” he said flatly.
