The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop- A Role Play

Take went and sat on the other side of Kipp. He observed that some of their other people in the group had come down and joined them. Especially those he hadn’t really interacted with: Fox and Colby.
He rested his chin on his hand, “So what are we going to do now?” he yawned, his top eye peering over at Kyle. Now that they weren’t being attacked by bugs, they could finish this quest.
"I suppose we could... split up," Kyle cringed at the thought. Whenever the group got separated, something bad happened. "We could leave someone here to protect Kipp and take their stones with us and go on."

Take raised an eyebrow, “I’ll stay, but what happens after? Are you guys gonna come back?” he asked, his jaw jumping on his hand as he talked.
He’d rather just get Kipp and sling him on his shoulder instead if they were just going to abandon him.

"Yes," Kyle decided.

"Wait," Annie said over hearing what they were talking about as she approached. "We really shouldn't split up. If they don't have their stones doesn't that mean they can't get home? What if something happens and they have to move? We won't be able to find them again." Annie glared at Kyle hands on her hips. "We were separated from Kipp and Fred for maybe ten minutes and this happened!" She shook her head her eyes fix on the little man. "There's no way we're leaving them here."

"I'm with Annie," Colby put in with unusual confidence. "We really do not know what's lurking in here. Splitting up just makes us easier prey."

Haddie anxiously looked behind her, and back down the stairs. She really didn't want to get any closer to Blair and Take. Their outburst earlier had reminded her too much of her parents... images of her dad, with only a scowl showing his deadly rage through his stone-faced visage. Her mom, a wet hatred, a lashing anger that needed something to satiate its malice. Haddie shook her head, trying to banish those memories from her head. These people are different. They apologize. She took a deep breath and took a step down the stairs, then another. She made her way down to the rest of the group. "I agree with Annie. Every time we've split up, someone gets hurt, by seeing nightmares, or getting shot, or getting bit." She motioned to each of the victims in turn. "I can carry Kip." she said, heading towards an empty hallway so as not to squish anyone, and shifted into a diprotodon. She gently pushed past the group, picked Kipp up, put him in her pouch, and started walking up the stairs.

"I agree with Annie as well," Blair put in, raising her head from where she was beside Kipper. "By leaving someone here, we're putting too much at risk. Someone getting left behind, someone getting hurt...it's too dangerous." She glanced at Annie, and then at the rest of the group. She watched silently as Haddie shifted into an animal that Blair knew was extinct, but didn't mention it as she picked up Kipp.
She rose to her feet, using the wall to push herself up. "Let's get going before some other creature finds us."

Take stood, seeing how everyone else opposed the idea, he just went with it. He didn’t feel strongly about one way or the other, just whichever got them home sooner. He watched as Haddie shifted into a creature he never seen before and picked up Kipp, he started to follow her up the stairs.
“Alright let’s go then, all this talking is a waste of time”

“Me as well,” Cam said, recapping the bottle and dropping it back into the bag before starting up the stairs.
Kyle shrugged. He agreed with the overall decision. At least Blair wasn’t trying to take over, and it seemed like something bad did happen whenever they got separated. Now if Blair had been the one to confront him, Kyle might have fought the idea.
He nearly slipped off of Rylie as Haddie stomped past. Must be useful having a pouch like that.
“Giddy-up!” and Rylie was up the stairs.
