The Natural Chicken Keeping thread - OTs welcome!

Sleds are the best when there's actually snow in the ground. I keep thinking how much I need a good wagon.

Need distractions, I can't seem to stop checking my email hoping for test results from the roosters. :/

Yep. I'm going to get a wagon too for when the weather is warm again.

I missed it somehow...what's going on with your roosters? (Thought I had read all the posts but must have missed something?

cheaper smaller wagons are available at garage sales and parents of multiples sales if you don't mind using a kiddie wagon. Personally I think they are great as there are straps to hold the buckets, some have extra back support, and many are made up durable plastic with drains holes so they can be left out in the rain.

LM: I wouldn't be without my little plastic sled. I use it to haul every thing from the car when I go shopping. Sometimes I use it for hauling stuff for the chickens. It's absolutely indispensable in the early spring. I put a lot of seedling flats in the sleds (I have 2) when I'm hardening them off, and when I transport them to the garden for planting.
