There's a lady in Kauai that does chicken art and this was cheaper than her art! It's from one of her paintings tho.

What an absolutely charming artist! I love her wit and humour and outside of the box imagination! And the beach glass jewellery. Gorgeous. Thank you so much for the introduction.

Quick random question:
I've heard so many different things about wing clipping. Does it hurt?? What's the best way to properly do it?? I only want to do it if it is safe and easy. I don't want my chickens flying over fences...

Like Aoxa said it doesn't hurt. I've pulled out broken foot feathers and the hen did not complain at all. I think if it hurt they wouldn't preen & pull out feathers when they molt

Thanks for the replies!! Sorry if that was a dumb question lol. I've never dealt with a chicken in my life and I want to at least try and get everything right the first time.
