Yep its a Black Australorp!!!! Thanks!!! Can't wait we are going to have 3-4 new members in the flock this weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is so cool..The only chickens I have that are a real breed are my Black Australorps. I am keeping a rooster and a few hens over winter, I think they are beautiful birds and the best part is my Wife likes them!

We even named one of them, Kathy! (getting a name is a big deal for a chicken here, it means they do not go to freezer Camp)

Sorry I haven't posted. Everyone is doing great!! We are now down to two ducks a hen and a drakevwe have sold a few and butchered 3 drakes.
Lady and June Bug are doing good to.
No eggs from the puulets yet but we are getting duck eggs.
And turkeys are getting big.
And Lesle and LuLu are molting.
And the weather is nasty snow flurries.
