THe color of the marans eggs is between the 2 photos-- the flash washes out the color.

Dang! See? I need to sell more eggs so I can *buy* more eggs!!! Drooling over Donna's blue-barred rocks on the BIN/auction thread, too, and I can't get those this week either! :hit

they are sold BUT I might have one more set next week. I am going to add 2 new pullets so it will be a couple of weeks before I put them up again! if you want the next and last batch for a few weeks PM me ASAP! or I might more them this week.....now if you don't mind mutts in the mix I can do that too hehe.

ok up for auction to end tomorrow evening 8pm (Thursday September 19), payment due immediately and they will ship on Monday to ensure the freshest eggs.

6+ mille fleur bantam cochins - auction starts at $15, s&h is $15

I will PM the winning bidder with paypal information after the auction ends.

the rooster is of my own breeding with a blue partridge split mille, 2 blue mille and 1 normal mille fleur (all bantam cochins with good type). a couple aren't laying again yet, but the ones that are have been laying well over a week now and fertility is good. these are not pullets, they've been broody/moulting. the one pullet in the pen won't be laying for another month or so.

I will wrap each egg individually, secure them in an egg crate or small box and pack well with peanuts to minimize any damage during shipping.

Kepiru

a couple of the girls

the blue partridge (does occasionally throw a buff Columbian)

6+ silver grey Dorking eggs - - auction starts at $15, s&h is $15

I will PM the winning bidder with paypal information after the auction ends.

I have a silver grey Gene Patterson roo over 7 Patterson/McMurray hens and also 3 red Dorking girls (Tice/Horstman) in the pen. The reds are all in heavy moult right now, so I doubt any eggs will be theirs.

fertility is great, again these girls started laying again about a week ago, they are NOT pullets but 1-2 year old hens.

I don't have any current pics, just from when everyone was free ranging (they've been penned for 2 months +/-)
