The NEW Crazy 24hr AUCTION thread

Current Auctions:
700

Are you sure? I thought that SunnySkys auction was for 15+ from a mix of those 3 pens.

Here's another beta shipping test auction.

Last year I was shipping eggs in the big #7 priority boxes. This auction will ship in the large flat rate box. I'll add as many eggs as possible without compromising the padding. @Dustystrail can tell you how well I did with the little #4 box.

This is going to be mostly Marans eggs, with some Olive Egger eggs, and probably some Gold Sebright eggs. I'm going to pack eggs in the box until I run out of room or run out of eggs, whichever comes first. I think I can get at least 2 dozen eggs in that size of box.

Here is a pic of the eggs I have as of yesterday (excluding Sebrights, those are at my brothers house).

The Marans eggs are just slightly less dark than what they show on my monitor. They are NOT super dark eggs. My real dark egg hens are not laying yet, but most of my Marans hens are with real dark egg line roosters.

You can look at this page: http://agricommunity.com/for-sale/ to see what Marans I have, but most of those in the pic above are white Marans.

Before you bid, keep a couple things in mind:

It rained last night, and I don't know how many more, if any, clean fresh eggs I'll have to add to the above. Because of this, I may be filling in the box with several eggs that were collected on Monday and Tuesday. This means after I ship them on Saturday, and then they take 2 or 3 days to reach you, some (not most) eggs will be a week or more old. However, the Sebright eggs will be very fresh!

Shipping for the large flat rate box is $18, so you will be bidding on the egg price only.

The auction is beginning at 3:30pm central time and will end 6:00pm CST tomorrow (Friday), for shipping Saturday morning. I will need Paypal payment as fast as possible after the auction ends so I can start packing the eggs.

Bidding for the eggs starts at $5.
I will go $6

So final price will be whatever is bid for the eggs + $18 for shipping correct?

I'll raise it to $10

Auction: 12+ mixed duck eggs from my mixed flock of 8 or 9 ancona hens, 2 blue swedish hens, 3 ancona drakes and a trio of pekins. I've typically been getting 5 to 6 eggs from these guys a day. Sometimes I get as many as 8. I'll include any and all extras. The Pekin hens are not laying that I know of but because I haven't separated pens yet I make no promises of pure ducklings even though you should get some pure ancona. $10 starting bid and shipping is $18 priority.
I'll collect eggs from friday, saturday and sunday for a monday 1/26 ship date!
Auction ends at 8pm Saturday January 24.
My only auction for a while as I'm separating pens this weekend and once pure will be hatching and filling orders. Please PM with any questions. Thanks for looking! Please keep in mind these are ducks and it has been rainy and nasty here. While the eggs are not extremely dirty please be aware there is small amounts of mud from their feet that the straw didn't remove on their way to the nests.

ETA: I have 2 black drakes, 1 blue drake over black blue and lilac hens in ancona. The anconas lay green and white eggs. The blue swedish lay white. The pekins lay white also.
