I'm going to do what my great grandmother used to do. Stick some eggs on a towel in a bucket and still it outside. Three weeks later...chicks!   I've had chicks hatch at day 18 and at day 28. I never toss eggs now until day 29 or 30. LOL 
If anyone is living in the heat we are here, I sure hope they aren't shipping chicks. Did you check the Buy Sell section and look for someone near you? Or you can even go to your state thread and ask to see if someone has any. 

Already have posts there! I wouldn't want them shipped in extreme heat either. Today it's only around 66 degrees here

I like hot too.Not this hot though. Just hate losing animals in the heat. I've had to go out no less than 7 times a day and 11 today to spray everyone down. It's almost 6:30 and still 103. Just went out to put more frozen water bottle in with all the rabbits. The few eggs I got today were HOT when I picked them up. Letting them come to room (hahaha) temp and gonna stuck them in an incubator.

I live just a few miles from Wolftrack. it is awful hot. Redid my misting system today. Hopefully a lot easy tomorrow. The yard chicken had figure out where the coolest place is. The hen with chicks are doing great.
My indoor chicks last Saturday are doing great. I shut all the heat off of them even at night. They are thriving. Plus I sleep better, no peeping
My eggs were so hot to when I picked them up.
Has anyone tried the brinsea chick warmer? how do you like it?
