Feathered shanks and outter toe, copper around the neck, perfect green/purple sheen and beautiful body shape, so far heat tolerant.

These are a mix of pullet eggs and eggs from my yearling hens. Some have just started laying about 2 weeks ago. They hatched in January and I can't believe they've started laying already! Egg color is beautiful and fertility has been tested and proven. If anyone is interested in trying them out? I hate to eat them, but no more hatching for me this year!

I wrap each egg in bubble wrap and nestle them snugly and securely. I haven't had an egg break yet!
Here is a pic of color next to some regular brown and a light brown egg.

My main girl was one I hatched from Jean's (pips&peeps)..... The other hens are her daughters. This year I'm keeping a couple of roos. Good thing I hatched out so dang many of them! That's said sarcastically. I have maybe 15 total in the brooders right now, so I'll be able to sell more eggs later. This year I was on a mission to hatch as many as I could for myself. Unfortunately, I had to rely on my broodies, sonce my hatches sucked.

I love this girl! I had a Lav. A. and she had such a small body. And yes, she was an Ameraucana, not an EE. This girl is very pretty. Are your girls laying more of a blue egg than that mint green color? If so, I might want some eggs in the future from you girl. She is beautiful!

She's pretty young in this pic. She's a decent size though. The daughters are bigger, I just love Lavern. She lays an egg with a ting of green, but the daughter's lay blue, so this next generation I hope will be even bluer. Dad came from a Smith? egg which was a bright blue. He's a big roo and carries both over to his offspring. Hoping some of these little roos do the same next year.

edited to mention also that I've TALL and took this pick almost right over her, so you really aren't getting the full view. Think she was maybe 6 months here too.
