Have you considered that turkeys just may not be in the cards for your farm??? I think I mentioned previously that Fowlman, one of the greatest breeders of chickens, cannot raise turkeys on his propery either. If one of the top APA people cannot do it, there is not shame in quitting turkeys.

Please note-- sweetgrass were visited a while ago by a narrigansett, could get an off color poult. It has been a few weeks, but it is still possible.

TUrkey egg season is coming to a close-- I'm surprized the hens have lasted this far into the fall!!!

Get them while you can. Many successful hatches this year with shipped eggs.
