Well physically the English are Much bigger, have more feathers which makes them look even bigger. Genetically they are the same breed just bred to different standards.

America seems to always slim everything down and streamline the critters, except, apparently our meat strains. Besides those, everything else looks sleeker than the more heavyset versions from other countries.

I'm going to spend ALL weekend reading this, over and over and over. Soooo tempting but must resist!!!! I just set 3 doz and if I turn on the other bator longer then is required to make yogurt, hubby will freak!

I have a many dozens of a dual purpose barnyard mix. They are lots of cross breeds and hybrids.
