The NEW Crazy 24hr AUCTION thread

You're waiting on some from her, too?

No from a different seller ... the point is - that I think we CAN leave feedback but only from a different section - not this one. And most sellers are great - they deserve good feedback too - but the ones that don't keep a promise, I'd like a simple - non-flaming way to just let others know if they are taking a slightly higher risk.

SUBHANA - just saw your post after posting - I do agree - eggs are tricky - hens lay great and then stop ... all sorts of things .... that is why no flaming would be smart ... but when there is no communication, that is when things start to get shadowy. I"m sure there is a good reason why for both non-shipping and non-reviewing ... just saw this and figured I'd muse.

I have my Isbar rooster in with my Crested Cream Legbar hens. All of my hens are crested and beautiful color, body shape. Since I'm waiting for a new CCL rooster, I thought I would put my Isbar rooster in and see what color eggs I get. I get about 8-10 eggs a day from them and have PLENTY of extra to share. I'm hoping to get some crested Isbar colored birds and very curious about if the blue egg gene or the green egg gene will be dominant. Should be fun and come out with some pretty birds! CURRENT AUCTIONS I am sorry if I missed any!

BUY-IT-NOW

Exactly one dozen Black Sumatra hatching eggs

I had a buyer that backed out, so these eggs are already boxed, packed, and ready to go. I just need to print and attach a shipping label, and take them to the Post Office. They need to go within the next 24 hours, so I'm selling the full dozen for $18 plus shipping. Shipping will be calculated by the buyer's zip code, but from here (Georgia) to California, only costs about $15. Within the state of Georgia is usually about $6.

I have one rooster over six hens now, but he's been throwing 100% fertility. My hatch rate is about 99%, but I can not guarantee your hatch rate due to postal handling and your own incubation methods. Adults have 100% black feathering (I do NOT breed blues), with small, compact combs in a deep mulberry color. They are very curious birds and not known for being broody. They lay medium white or tinted-white eggs.

This will probably also be my last offering of this breed for the year. They are more seasonal layers, and egg production has started to slow down with hot weather moving in. It looks like it may soon be slow enough to always leave room in the incubator, so I'll be keeping all of their eggs to hatch out myself after this batch goes out.

(The eggs are not actually blue, it's just how the light is hitting them in this photo.)

SOLD - I am sending you a PM

Nutty - that's too bad ... I wish we could leave feedback directly on a person's profile for purchases from this thread - most here are GREAT ! but the few that leave us hanging can really be hard to take.

I tried to leave feedback, but discovered after that I can't do it from this and going to pm's.

I hope they send them soon !
Not trying to be shady. I fell off of my horse (was ejected, more accurately) last week and ended up going into shock and spending a couple of days in the hospital. I have apparently gotten a hairline fracture to my hip and some bruising to my shoulder bone. But my heads okay because I was wearing a good helmet! Anyway, I'm on some good drugs but they've nade me a little foggy and my husband has been kind enough to help me fill all orders. I sent as many extras as I could safely fit into everybody's boxes and I hope you all can forgive me, its been a wacky couple of weeks. Not being able to walk is frustrating but it has also forced me to slow down and take a little vacation. Honestly, my hip is already starting to feel better, but my shoulder feels like its been crushed and the bruises! Good lord! Anyway, I won't blabber too much, just wanted to apologize. If I owe you eggs and I haven't contacted you, please PM me, I'm living in a very foggy world lately.
