3. And when you win the auction make sure you pay as soon as the auction finishes so that the seller can get the eggs into the mail ASAP. This is often only a few hours.

Remember that eggs are often sold on this thread when they become available at short notice or are in excess of what has been sold by other means (such as regular auction or website). You often have the opportunity to get a great deal. Part of this is paying immediately so that they can be sent out while fresh.

May I add a note to that? Also only bid on eggs if you actually want them shipped on the day that the seller specifies. I.E. don't ask for them to be shipped a different day after you've won the auction.
